Lutheran Elementary School teachers from throughout the synod gathered in the Washington, D.C., area on August 3–7. This is the first time all of our teachers have had a chance to meet together in over thirty years. The theme for the convention was "Blessed With Freedom.”
The teachers gathered for Sunday morning worship at the Marriot Hotel in Crystal City.
Many of the teachers also had the opportunity to tour our nation's capital building.
